What is Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress?
Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress exists in order to accelerate sustainable and intelligent urban mobility. Through encouraging discussion on key topics of interest to urban mobility stakeholders, providing content-based networking opportunities, and promoting emerging urban mobility topics and solutions to city challenges, the aim of the event is to build a more sustainable and liveable urban future through green, efficient and inclusive mobility systems.
Held within the framework of Smart City Expo World Congress, the world’s leading event for cities, Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress is an action-focused project to transform cities’ urban mobility systems. The event consists of a 3-day congress and expo where corporate leaders, public representatives, entrepreneurs, experts, and academics from all around the globe learn from each other, share experiences, talk about best practices, and open new paths for international collaboration.
When will Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress take place?
The 2025 edition will take place from 4 to 6 November.
What is the schedule for the Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress?
Tuesday (04 Nov) and Wednesday (05 Nov): 9am – 7pm
Thursday (06 Nov): 9am – 5pm
Where will the event take place, and how do I get there?
TMWC25 will be held in Barcelona, Spain. The venue is Fira Barcelona – GranVia.
What can I expect from the event?
TMWC will grant you a vast range of possibilities in front of 25,000+ international attendees: great sector insights focused on solution implementation, business development, lead acquisition, networking, and many more activities.

I would like to visit the event, how can I get a ticket?
Registration for TMWC25 will open in May. Fill out the form at the end of this page if you’d like us to notify you as soon as accreditation is open.
I would like to speak at the event, can I submit an application?
The 2025 Call for Speakers is now open until April, 21.
You can also speak at TMWC25 by:
A) Becoming an official Partner. Ensure a congress spot and gain maximum awareness for your brand.
B) Hosting your own session in a Stage or Conference Center. Call for Breakout Sessions is open until June, 23.
Do you have any travel agencies that can help prepare my trip to the event?
As a visitor or exhibitor of Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress, you can get great deals on travel and accommodation. Please visit our official travel agency and start planning your trip to Barcelona.
I am already registered, how can I access the venue?
In order to access the venue you will have to present your Digital Badge, which you can find on the official event’s app (available from October). Once you arrive at the venue, it will be scanned and you’ll receive your printed Badge at the entrance.
I’m already registered, how can I print my ticket?
We promote an electronic ticketing! Make sure you read the following instructions on how to get your Badge:
- Download the Official Event App prior to your arrival.
The 2025 Official App will be available in October. You’ll find your Digital Badge on the app.
Please log in with the email address you provided in the Attendees Details during the registration process. - Use your Digital Badge to enter Fira Barcelona.
To enter the venue, present your Digital Badge on your mobile device. - Collect your printed Badge.
Your Digital Badge will be scanned, and you’ll receive your printed badge at the entrance.
I’m already registered; can I change the type of ticket?
You can do so by going to the complementary services page. This page shows the upgrades that you are eligible for, depending on the type of ticket you purchased.
What participation options do I have?
As an exhibitor, do I receive any invitations or discount codes to distribute among my network?
As an exhibitor, you’ll receive a number of invitations and exhibitor badges depending on the participation package you contracted. You will also get discounted rates for purchasing additional passes.
If you’re already an exhibitor, you can find this information in the Exhibitor Area.
If that’s not your situation, we’ll be happy to discuss exhibiting opportunities and the benefits featured, including types of passes.

I would like to organize my own session / a private meeting alongside TMWC25, which options do I have?
If you want to organize your own session within the TMWC25 program or hold a corporate meeting alongside the event, you can submit your proposal until June, 23.
How can I exhibit as a startup at TMWC25?
Startups can showcase their solutions at the Innovation Playground, a dedicated space for emerging companies. Visit this page for details on participation options and how to apply.
How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log into the Exhibitor Area and find it available for download under the “invoice” section.
How do I organize the build-up of my stand?
How can I book stand and catering services?

When do assembly and dismantling take place? Does the assembly team need a special pass to access the venue?
Assembly hours:
- 30 October – 2 November: 8 am – 8 pm
- 3 November: 8 am – 10 pm
Dismantling hours:
- 6 November: 6 pm – 10 pm
- 7 – 8 November: 8 am – 8 pm
Please note:– Vehicles will not be allowed inside the hall.
– Exhibitors who have booked their stand through ServiFira can have access to the stand 48 hours before the event starts. Their furniture will be delivered 24h before the event’s opening.
– All assembly staff will need a Contractor Pass, a personal and nontransferable pass that will give access during assembly and disassembly periods (not during the event celebration). Members of the assembly team will have to request their Contractor pass. The Organization will review the application and shall approve or deny it.
