Biography

Liene specializes in multi-sectoral strategic partnerships in IT, mobility and higher education. As Latvia's IT Cluster internationalisation lead, Liene advances EU-aligned projects that bridge regions, promote innovation, and support the digital and green transitions. She serves as a key lynchpin in the burgeoning Baltic Mobility Collaborative.
