Biography
Dr. Sattam is the CEO of Smart Cities in the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), and the Assistant Director for Insights at the National Information Center (NIC). In 2014, Dr. Sattam received his PhD in Computer Science from University of California, Irvine; and in 2008 he received his Master’s degree in Computer Science from USC.Sessions
